WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. WE ALSO WANT YOU TO GIVE YOUR BEST EFFORT TO LEARN ALL OF THE INFORMATION IN THE COURSES PROVIDED BY JOSHUA CRAWFORD, MANCY LEE LLC, AND LEVEL UP MEDIC (THE COMPANY, COMPANY). THE COMPANY PROVIDES A 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE VIP LEVEL TICKETS. FOR COURSES THAT HAVE A GENERAL ADMISSION LEVEL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THAT MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE IS GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

YOU MUST SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOUR REQUEST FOR A REFUND:

* REQUIREMENT 3: ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE DURING THE SESSION AND REMAIN ACTIVE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE SESSION
* REQUIREMENT 4: EMAIL US AND LET US KNOW WHY YOU’RE REQUESTING A REFUND

AS LONG AS YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN FIFTEEN BUSINESS DAYS.

VIP MEMBERS ARE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP FOR DAILY ASSIGNMENTS AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT AS LONG AS THE FACEBOOK GROUP REMAINS ACTIVE. THE COMPANY WILL CLOSE THE GROUP AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME AS NEW GROUPS ARE PERIODICALLY CREATED. IN ADDITION, VIP CLIENTS ARE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE MEMBER’S AREA TO WATCH VIDEO PLAYBACKS FOR SEVEN DAYS AFTER EACH SESSION. ONCE A REFUND IS ISSUED, THE CLIENT WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE FACEBOOK GROUP OR THE MEMBER’S AREA. THE CLIENT WILL MAINTAIN POSSESSION OF ITEMS PROVIDED DURING THE SESSION, SUCH AS THE DAILY WORKBOOK.

REFUNDS FOR NEWSLETTERS, MASTERMIND GROUPS, AND RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMS.THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR NEWSLETTERS, MASTERMIND GROUPS, AND OTHER RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMS ONCE THE CUSTOMER HAS PASSED THE TRIAL PERIOD; EACH MONTHLY CHARGE WILL BE FOR A SET PERIOD; THEREFORE, ANY CANCELLATIONS DURING THAT PERIOD WILL NOT WARRANT A PARTIAL OR PRORATED REFUND. THE CUSTOMER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME, BUT FUTURE CHARGES WILL OCCUR ONCE THE SUBSCRIPTION RESUMES.

THE CUSTOMER WILL MAINTAIN ACCESS TO THEIR ACCOUNT FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. ONCE A CUSTOMER CANCELS THE SUBSCRIPTION, THE CUSTOMER WILL LOSE ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT AND ANY MATERIALS HOUSED WITHIN THE ACCOUNT. SINCE THE NEWSLETTERS ARE EMAILED TO THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER MAINTAINS THE OWNERSHIP OF THE NEWSLETTER UPON RECEIPT.

ALL REFUNDS ARE DISCRETIONARY AS DETERMINED BY THE COMPANY TO FURTHER CLARIFY. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR REQUESTS MADE AFTER THE REFUND PERIOD AND ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ON A TIMELY BASIS. IF PAYMENTS ARE NOT MADE ON TIME, YOU AGREE TO PAY INTEREST ON ALL PAST-DUE SUMS AT A RATE OF 1.5% PER MONTH OR THE HIGHEST RATE ALLOWED BY LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

IN ALL OTHER CASES, BECAUSE OF THE EXTENSIVE TIME, EFFORT, PREPARATION AND CARE THAT GOES INTO CREATING AND PROVIDING THE PROGRAM, THE COMPANY HAS A NO REFUND POLICY. UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY PORTION OF YOUR PAYMENT FOR ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU. BY USING AND/OR PURCHASING OUR PROGRAM, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED REFUND POLICY DESCRIBED ABOVE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

SINCE WE HAVE A CLEAR AND EXPLICIT REFUND POLICY IN THESE TERMS THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE PURCHASE OF THE PROGRAM, WE DO NOT TOLERATE OR ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF CHARGEBACK THREAT OR ACTUAL CHARGEBACK FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR PAYMENT PROCESSOR. IF A CHARGEBACK IS PLACED ON A PURCHASE OR WE RECEIVE A CHARGEBACK THREAT DURING OR AFTER YOUR PURCHASE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPORT THE INCIDENT TO ALL THREE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES OR TO ANY OTHER ENTITY FOR INCLUSION IN ANY CHARGEBACK DATABASE OR FOR LISTING AS A DELINQUENT ACCOUNT, WHICH COULD HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT SCORE. THE INFORMATION REPORTED WILL INCLUDE YOUR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, ORDER DATE, ORDER AMOUNT, AND BILLING ADDRESS. CHARGEBACK ABUSERS WISHING TO BE REMOVED FROM THE DATABASE SHALL MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK.

COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO DETERMINE HOW TO DISCIPLINE A PARTICIPANT WHO VIOLATES THESE TERMS. THEREFORE, IF A PARTICIPANT DISAGREES WITH HOW THE COMPANY DISCIPLINES ANOTHER MEMBER AND REQUESTS A REFUND, THE COMPANY WILL DENY SUCH REQUEST.

FURTHERMORE, IF A PARTICIPANT VIOLATES THESE TERMS, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO OFFER THE PARTICIPANT ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS. IF A PARTICIPANT DISAGREES WITH THE COMPANY OFFERING ANOTHER PARTICIPANT A SECOND OPPORTUNITY TO FOLLOW THESE TERMS, NO GROUNDS FOR A PARTICIPANT TO RECEIVE A REFUND WOULD BE CREATED, AND ANY REQUEST FOR A REFUND ON THIS BASIS SHALL BE DENIED.
IF, IN THE COMPANY’S SOLE RIGHT AND DISCRETION, YOU PERSIST WITH BEHAVIORS OR ACTIONS THAT VIOLATE THESE TERMS, THE COMPANY MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM WITHOUT NOTICE AND WITHOUT REFUND.
